KEEPING THE STREAK
Maintain a streak by doing pushups for 5 consecutive days to unlock a new coaching voice.

CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS
Don't let your pushups go unnoticed! The app captures your facial expressions during the pushups and allows you to upload and challenge your friends.

STAY MOTIVATED
Pushups can feel monotonous, but with a coach cheering you on, they become awesome. Unlock different coaches who will provide motivation as you do your pushups.

COUNTING MADE EASY
Tired of counting to 22? Place your phone below your chest, and the app will count the pushups for you. It also keeps a record of your daily progress to help you complete 22 pushups for 22 days.

COACHING PROGRAM
If you're unable to do a single pushup, don't worry! The 22 Pushup Challenge includes a coaching program that will gradually build you up from 1 to 100 pushups.

By completing the 22 Pushup Challenge, posting a selfie on social media, and tagging a friend, you'll remind others about the importance of addressing PTSD.
